Diegatus Studios Commissions commissions policy

1. You’ll be able to track your commission progress through custom e-mails.

2. Every commission have to be agreed through a contract (Commission form) between the client (you) and Diegatus Studios. From the moment you receive that form and you want to continue with the commission replying to the message I sent you, you accept the policy and general conditions that follow.

4. In order to begin with your commission after receiving the form:

5. After you have paid the first payment, I’ll send you a sketch so you can see the start of the project. You can make any changes to the design in that moment. At the time you greenlight the project, you won’t be able to make any changes until you receive a sample or the finished commission. This payment is not refundable in any cases.

6. I’ll draw your commission on my own art style in case you didn't ask for a different one and sent some reference images.

7. When your commission is finished, you’ll receive a sample with watermark so you can see the final result. At the moment you pay the rest of the cost, you’ll get the commission finished, clean and with the best quality.

8. Payments will only be allowed through Bizum or wire transfer. Exposure is not a payment method in any ways.

9. If you want to make any changes at the time you get the sample or the finished work, you’ll be able to with an extra charge (this charge will depend on the kind of changes you want).

10. Every commission takes a certain amount of time to be completed, so I ask you to be patient. You’ll be notified if the estimated deadline changes for any reason.

11. NONE of DIEGATUS STUDIOS’ COMMISSIONS can be used for PURPOSES of CHARITY, COMMERCIAL, RESELLING, NFT, CYPTOCURRENCY or any other BLOCKCHAINS, except if we agreed to it previously, as it will be marked under the commission description section of the form. Creating commissions for these purposes will have extra charges related to copyright and licensing assignments.

12. This policy can change at any moment. If you had a commission ordered while it changes, your commission will follow the previous policy.

13. After the first payment, if the client decides to cancel the project before it starts, namely, before Diegatus Studios notifies the start of it to the client (phase Full steam ahead!) by any method, the full previous payments made to date will be refunded.

14. From the moment the client is notified by any method that the project has started, if it gets canceled:

15. In case of refund, it'll be done by the same method the payments were done.

16. All commissions (except comics, 3D modeling and all in Graphic Design and Animation) will be made with a simple color background.

17. All commissions will be delivered by e-mail and with three formats*: .png, .jpg y .tif RGB. You can order an extra CMYK version optimized to print for 10€. Physical format is not available.
*Except iconography and logotypes, which you’ll receive these three files: .png, .svg and .pdf, and except motion graphics, wich you’ll receive a video file in a specified format (if you don’t specify any format the commission will be exported in .mp4), and 3D graphics, wich final files will be exported as .obj .

18. In any cases, the original file from production (the one where the project was created, such as .psd, .ai, .aep, .max, .ma, ... etc) won’t be send, except if the commission requires the file to be owned by the client (editable motion graphics, templates,...), but this will add an extra charge.

19. Diegatus Studios Commissions only accepts digital format commissions.

20. Diegatus Studios reserves any right to accept or decline any commission at any of the services it offers.

21. At the time that the payment is confirmed and the final commission is send, Diegatus Studios declines any responsibility or extra charges surrounding the processing and treatment of such files. Diegatus Studios doesn‘t accept files returns. For more information about cancelations and refunds, consult Diegatus Studios Commissions commissions policy, chapter III.

22. All personal data given by the client for these commissions will only be used and consulted by Diegatus Studios Commissions department. This data will be stored at the Diegatus Studios’ files just for references during the commission process and future queries.
